Questions tradies ask

Will callers know it’s an AI?

Yes. Every call opens by saying it’s an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. If someone asks, it tells the truth.

What if it gets something wrong?

It only answers from the price and service list you approve, and it doesn’t give technical, safety or medical advice. For anything it can’t answer, it passes the question to you. I review calls every day and fix problems quickly.

What about emergencies?

You define what counts as urgent, such as burst pipes or no power. Those calls alert you immediately, and callers in danger are told to ring 000.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your number and forward unanswered calls to your assistant. Turn forwarding off and you’re back to normal.

Is customer information kept private?

I only collect what’s needed to take the job or booking, and I handle it under Australian privacy law. You’ll get a short data-handling agreement before we start.

Do you work with clinics?

Yes, for booking and enquiries only. The assistant never gives clinical advice and collects the minimum detail needed to book.
